At Exalted Media, I built and maintained end-to-end GoHighLevel CRM systems across 20+ client accounts in a white-label role. My work included workflows, pipelines, funnels, and forms.

I developed funnel and website pages for lead capture, appointment booking, payment flows, and campaign landing pages. I also configured lead routing and pipeline tracking from inquiry to booked appointment.

I integrated custom-coded websites with GoHighLevel using private integration tokens and API keys, mapping form submissions to custom fields and triggering workflows.

I configured Conversation AI for appointment booking and website chat, and managed A2P 10DLC registration and SMS opt-in language. I also tested and troubleshot CRM automations and updated WordPress landing pages and SEO content.
