I’m a CRM & Automation Specialist and GHL Certified Admin with hands-on experience building, managing, and improving CRM, workflow, and business automation systems. My primary focus is GoHighLevel, where I work with CRM setup, pipelines, workflows, funnels, lead management, customer follow-ups, integrations, and system troubleshooting.
At Hi5 Biz Solutions, I support GoHighLevel systems for real estate clients, including CRM configuration, automation, funnels, websites, and third-party integrations. At J&H Acquisitions, I’ve built CRM and automation systems across multiple brands while also working on WordPress websites, landing pages, hosting, migrations, and lead-generation systems.
I’ve also worked on more complete business systems for clients such as D&R Utilities and JVR Tax Group. My work has included customer portals, website development and migration, dedicated CRMs, service request and payment funnels, A2P/SMS setup, APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and AI-powered customer support.
Alongside CRM automation, I work with n8n, Make, Zapier, and Claude to build workflow automations that connect different platforms, process information, and support AI-driven business processes. My experience includes webhook and API workflows, AI agents, lead management, customer communication, and system integrations.
I enjoy working on technical problems where different systems need to work together. I take a practical approach to automation, focusing on understanding the business process, building the right solution, and making systems organized and manageable for the people using them.
