At Sharetea, I create personalized boba beverages, recommend products based on customer preferences, and keep service fast during busy lines and crowds. I also train new team members with respectful, encouraging coaching and manage supplies using first-in-first-out procedures to minimize spoilage.

I've also served customers at Dutch Bros and Mr. Bakers Bakery & Cafe, preparing hot and cold drinks including cappuccinos, lattes, and mochas. I operate espresso machines and commercial coffee brewers, handle cash audits and payments, and use strong communication to resolve customer concerns and encourage additional sales.

I'm certified in safe food handling and bring a diligent, organized approach to cleaning, sanitation, inventory, and consistent customer service. I'm conversational in Spanish and English and enjoy creating a friendly, positive environment.
