At Grupo Riba Smith, I analyze commercial performance across 30+ product categories to identify sales inefficiencies, revenue leaks, and opportunities to improve profit margins. I also built a BG/NBD predictive model in Python that flags churn risk through consumer purchasing behavior and customer activity metrics.

I design Power BI executive dashboards that turn unused historical data into product-development recommendations, while partnering with data architects to strengthen quality checks between warehouse and reporting layers.

Previously at Cheil Worldwide, I automated data-quality pipelines with Power Query, replacing manual Excel validation with a single automated refresh. I also built a text-normalization system that delivered full visibility into regional promotional royalty data and identified commercial risks before co-branding activations launched.

At Intcomex, I supported operations for five major consumer electronics brands and independently created a data-tracking system and Power BI dashboards to evaluate customer interaction metrics. I bring a blend of commercial analytics, applied statistics, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration across IT, Marketing, and Sales.
