I am seeking a role in healthcare administration where I can apply insurance authorization expertise, improve patient coordination, grow into leadership, and support a collaborative, compliant clinical environment.

I am a proactive and organized health insurance administrator with hands-on experience in healthcare operations, policy management, and client engagement. I combine a scientific background in Medical Biochemistry with practical administrative expertise to improve facility workflows and patient communication.

In my current role I manage end-to-end insurance processes, obtain necessary HMO authorizations, maintain health information, and ensure regulatory compliance. I also have laboratory experience conducting and interpreting routine tests, preparing samples, and maintaining equipment and records.

I bring strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, plus working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a results-driven approach to supporting clinical teams and improving patient care coordination.
