What I'm looking for
I’m a Document Admin/Specialist focused on building and maintaining an organized, safety-compliant documentation system for both digital and physical records. I ensure paperwork is accurate, easy to access, and consistently meets compliance expectations.
In my recent role, I develop forms in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, including Safety Data Sheets, inventory forms, and maps. I also capture and edit images and videos in PowerPoint (with experience in Sony Vegas) and use AutoCAD to develop maps.
Before that, I supported library and food bank operations by monitoring digital databases, cataloging and preserving physical media, and ensuring day-to-day work met accuracy and quality standards. Through my Library Information and Technology Programs, I’ve strengthened skills in media organization and information management, and I bring the same careful attention to detail to every customer- and compliance-facing task.
