I work in IT support and cloud administration at Ogwepa Nigeria, and I am a certified product manager. In practice the job is wider than the title. I own product requirements for our enterprise systems, which means I take regulatory, compliance and operational needs and turn them into PRDs and functional specifications that engineering can build from and check their work against.

I delivered our organisation wide document management system from discovery through deployment and the changes that came after launch. I also consolidate inconsistent hospital asset data into validated records for Ministry of Health work. That is mostly a matter of reconciling entries that do not agree and finding what is missing, before anyone makes a decision on it.

On the data side I use Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI and Tableau to clean, analyse and report. On the delivery side I run IT projects end to end and handle day to day IT support across the organisation.

I also led discovery, PRD authorship and MVP definition for three products, Priorizen, Mind Ease and Cre8Hive, and each placed first among 25+ groups.

I am in Abuja on UTC+1, so I cover the full European working day and the US Eastern morning. I already work remotely, on fibre with a mobile backup on a separate network, plus solar and a generator, so neither power nor internet is a single point of failure.
