I've led field and service delivery operations for ComTech / Allerium, Kanaan Communications, Continental Services, EZ Net Communications, DigitalC, and T-Mobile. I coordinate distributed teams, vendors, contractors, client stakeholders, and leadership to keep high-priority work moving toward resolution.

At DigitalC, I built and scaled field operations for a growing broadband provider, managing deployment schedules, quality standards, vendors, contractors, and training. At T-Mobile, I managed field engineering teams supporting network maintenance, upgrades, expansion, incident response, audits, and service restoration.

I'm focused on practical SOPs, workforce coverage plans, training, quality controls, KPI monitoring, and performance routines that improve consistency. My work has included scheduling, dispatch, procurement, logistics, inventory, resource allocation, vendor contracts, and escalation management.

I'm also developing AI-enabled documentation and workflow capabilities through AWS Bedrock coursework, Databricks Generative AI Fundamentals, Google Vertex AI Prompt Design, and Microsoft Azure AI Foundry exercises.
