I am a product manager with four years of experience building internal tools and operational systems for fintech and digital banking organizations. I specialize in gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders, coordinating engineering development, and delivering tools that reduce technical dependencies for non-technical teams.

At Lithic and HMBradley I led projects including a unified customer data dashboard, Jira standardization across multiple engineering teams, Fed wire and sponsor bank integrations, and case management tooling tied to compliance workflows. I co-founded an Internal Tools team, created documentation and SOPs, and implemented monitoring to validate impact post-launch.
