What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a delivery leadership role where I can coach teams, build predictable Scrum/Kanban flow, and scale AI program management—pairing agentic workflows with the Agile patterns and organizational structures that make adoption stick.

I’m a delivery leader with 15+ years driving Agile transformation, team performance, and program execution across enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and consulting. I develop practitioners through coaching, mentoring, and original frameworks—especially Flow Mobbing—and I keep delivery security-grounded using CISSP.

My current focus is AI program management and enablement: designing agentic workflows and courseware so non-technical professionals can own their in-role automation. Across T-Mobile and Microsoft, I’ve led Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach engagements, founded an Agile Center of Excellence, and used Kanban Flow Metrics to shift teams from activity to predictable value delivery.
