At STCHealth, I managed and resolved healthcare providers’, pharmacies’, and clinics’ inquiries about existing data feeds, helping information flow onto the immunization intelligence network. I documented issues and resolutions in JIRA and Zendesk, and used Postman to test and troubleshoot RESTful APIs.
As an Onboarding Facilitator at STCHealth, I connected providers, pharmacies, and clinics to state registries and applied the CDC HL7 v2 Implementation Guide for Immunization messaging. I also served as a liaison between EMR systems, internal developers, and clients.
Earlier, as a Solution Support Specialist at STCHealth, I supported Immunization Information System activities and researched state public health topics. At Circle the City, I organized COVID-19 testing and tracked positive cases to assist with relocating patients into isolation.
