Led Java-based application design and development for the non-production Quality Engineering platform, covering scalability, performance, and security. Owned non-prod issue triage, coordinated on incident resolution using logs and documentation, and maintained run books and weekly leadership reporting.

Provided production support for the Unitas application, investigating issues across backend microservices and identity components. Implemented code fixes and enhancements, created deployment-ready artifacts, generated testing data, and built SQL queries to support business requests.

Supported an Australian utility client’s CCB-based system by managing incidents and change requests while coordinating with Batch Ops and Technical Ops teams. Implemented Java changes for message issues and supported business process updates that resulted in case creation and incident handling.

Converted utility Customer Information System to Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) for Canadian utility clients. Built and enhanced features using Java, Groovy, and CC&B scripting to support billing and customer care workflows.

Partnered with actuarial users to analyze, investigate, and resolve system issues across Axis, EnterpriseLink, and GridLink applications. Monitored cloud environment performance (disk, memory, CPU), managed infrastructure needs, and led oversight for critical incidents.

Supported financial reporting processing systems by monitoring 24/7 batch jobs using the CAWLA scheduling tool and ensuring timely resolution and communication of job failures. Developed and maintained SQL and Unix KSH scripts, supported system upgrades, performed end-to-end testing/UAT for improvements, and updated documentation for business and technical stakeholders.

Assisted the IT Treasury team by modifying database reports and delivering required changes for traders and accountants. Automated report output changes and supported file conversion workflows to improve accessibility of generated reports.
