Created a new intake process that improved VA staff productivity by processing internal and external inquiries in record time. Reduced costs by using existing Microsoft licensing and implemented workflows using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

Automated the FHFA Human Resources awards process using a SharePoint Online application. Enhanced the site with Power Automate and Microsoft Forms to streamline HR workflows.

Delivered live HR reporting to help teams provide proof meeting U.S. government personnel quota requirements. Filtered and published Tableau reports on the intranet and used Power Automate, Power Forms, and SQL to provide ongoing live staffing insight.

Created Tableau dashboards based on complex formulas to deploy bank-wide risk models. Timely delivery of the dashboards helped mitigate impending risks and government fines.

Developed custom SharePoint apps and forms using InfoPath and integrated SharePoint permissions with Azure Active Directory. Migrated company data from local file shares into SharePoint and OneDrive using Sharegate, and built WCF web services to access Data Marts and Dataverse environments.

Implemented time-saving SharePoint workflows and enhanced the site with U.S. government regulatory RSS news feeds. Improved SharePoint web pages using Bootstrap, REST, and jQuery.

Built custom Windows applications to generate XML from InfoPath forms. Enhanced SharePoint pages and list formatting with jQuery scripts, including tabbed UI behavior.

Redesigned a bank-wide IT software approval process by workflow-enabling approval forms and adding time reminders. Improved security and visibility by developing Tableau and SharePoint visuals with custom drill-downs and creating complex InfoPath forms-designer workflows.

Aligned unstructured SAP data and automated posting of SAP information to Tableau for predictive analytics on pharmaceutical sales. Eliminated manual processing of faxes (100/day) by redirecting past-due vendor invoices to a SharePoint server, enabling timely Accounts Payable payments and avoiding penalties.

Created SharePoint subsites to support litigation communications across consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Built KPIs to monitor systems projects, trained users, and delivered third-tier support for SharePoint solutions.

Held senior leadership roles including Financial Controller and IT program management, overseeing ATM deployment and tri-state network/server deployments. Led cash management business intelligence initiatives and strategic planning across major technology rollout waves.

Integrated data feeds from multiple sources enhanced via VBA and developed SharePoint workflows to automate management approvals. Automated invoice processing with SharePoint Designer workflows and created business management reports routing information from Business Objects/SQL databases to SharePoint.
