Joseph Kim
@josephkim
Project Manager at the City of Baltimore who executed wage subsidy programs supporting small businesses and port workers.
What I'm looking for
At the City of Baltimore, I designed, promoted, and executed the Baltimore Small Business Wage Subsidy Program, with a total budget of $2.5 million. I also executed the Plimco Small Business Wage Subsidy Program and, after the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse, the Key Bridge Wage Subsidy Program, which helped port workers receive continued payments during the port closure.
At HagiEn, I applied for and received approval for a Shuttered Venue Operated Grant. I also expanded the company onto Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms, working with Asian partners on product research, sales logistics, and supply chain management.
Earlier, I managed concert and event logistics, including sold-out shows at Carnegie Hall and Dolby Theatre, and handled project financial modeling for concert tours. I also organized an overseas trip with volunteers from the US and Korea to plan a three-day launch event for GOEL in Chalinze, Tanzania.
