Joseph Fungamo

I am an aspiring land management and valuation professional with an academic foundation in land administration, property valuation, cadastral surveying and real estate management. I bring practical experience from field training in land administration, property inspection, and land use planning.

During field practical training I engaged with landowners and stakeholders to gather information on property rights and boundaries, verified property boundaries, assisted in resolving disputes, and compiled land ownership records for registry purposes.

I collected field data using GPS, assisted in property inspections for valuation, and analyzed land market data to support valuation reports. I also participated in land use mapping, preparation of cadastral plans, and review of building permits and land use applications.

I am passionate about sustainable land use, urban planning and contributing to equitable land policies, and I am seeking opportunities where I can apply my practical skills, grow technically (valuation, cadastral surveying, GIS) and contribute to effective land management practices.
