What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute as an urban planner who collects and analyzes spatial data, supports policy and planning decisions, and works closely with communities—within public-sector or development teams focused on practical, evidence-based outcomes.

I’m an “execution graduate” with hands-on experience in public-sector strategic planning, policy alignment, and community research across multiple Tanzanian municipalities. I translate field observations into actionable insights through rigorous gathering of social and spatial data.

In my Industrial Training at Moshi, Tabora, and Mbeya Municipal Councils, I collaborated with multidisciplinary planning teams to collect, clean, and analyze spatial and socio-economic data for Masterplan and Neighbourhood Plan preparations. I drafted comprehensive technical reports, supported long-term zoning and policy formulation, and produced baseline documentation through field surveys and physical boundary validations.

My undergraduate dissertation focused on assessing the management strategies of Public-Private Open Spaces and their effects on community sustainability, using Kinyerezi Park in Dar es Salaam. I built deeper institutional analysis capabilities by evaluating public-private partnership (PPP) structures and translating field surveys into strategic recommendations.
