I specialize in design research, with a passion for understanding the needs and behaviors of users. I use research to create products and services that are meaningful and truly centered around the user.

With more than 5 years of experience, I conduct user research analyzing data and collaborate with diverse teams to drive innovation in service and product development. I thrive in environments that prioritize empathy, creativity and experimentation.

Across roles including Senior UX Researcher, Lead UX Researcher, and Design Researcher, I ascertain research context and requirements, collect research data using quantitative and qualitative research methods, and conduct ethnographic research based on research objectives. I also synthesize insights from interviews, surveys, focus groups, online platform tools, review analysis, and ethnographic studies into well-founded conclusions and proposals.

I’ve designed and executed studies that address both user behavior and attitudes, and generated recommendations that support ideas and evaluate designs. My work includes usability studies, persona development, and cross-functional collaboration with product, designers, developers, and stakeholders—plus recognition such as “Employee of the Year” (Product Department - 2020).
