What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and own production ML systems end-to-end—covering EDA, deployment, drift detection, and retraining—using strong MLOps on GCP/AWS, with honest cross-functional collaboration and high ownership from day one.

I’m a Machine Learning Engineer with 5+ years of experience building, shipping, and monitoring production ML systems end-to-end. I’m hands-on across time-series modelling, fraud/anomaly detection on payments data, and Natural Language Processing (NLP), with a strong MLOps mindset from EDA to deployment and retraining.

I’m comfortable owning models end-to-end—covering distribution shift awareness, operational constraints, evaluation pipelines, and the “closing the loop” between model outputs and business outcomes. I focus on drift detection and retraining triggers to keep performance stable in real-world conditions.

In my recent roles, I’ve built and deployed production ML systems on GCP (Vertex AI) and AWS (SageMaker), integrating PyTorch and TensorFlow models into production via FastAPI and lightweight Docker containers. I’ve also fine-tuned LLM pipelines using Hugging Face Transformers and applied Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to improve retrieval precision and reduce average inference time.

Beyond engineering, I’ve trained and mentored others—delivering Python and Machine Learning training to 100+ students and supervising capstones in predictive modelling and NLP. I bring a clear, honest communication style and a high-ownership mindset, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable results.
