At Town of Davie, I engineered a Relational Data Warehouse and Power BI ecosystem that accelerated real-time incident data tracking for public safety departments by 40%. I also helped sustain 99.99% uptime for core municipal applications through infrastructure implementations, patching, and upgrades to Tyler New World ERP platforms.
At HBO Latin America, I served as Infrastructure Design Lead for a multi-node, geo-located high-availability cluster and led the migration and consolidation of 350 VMware Virtual Machines without operational downtime. I also designed and tuned ETL workflows and SSIS frameworks for data warehouse delivery.
Earlier, I co-architected a workers' compensation engine at Patriot National Insurance Group and planned a legacy data migration at Compcare De Puerto Rico under HIPAA/HEDIS compliance requirements. My work has also included IT administration and workforce training at FEMA, and I hold a B.B.A. in Information Systems Administration from University of the Sacred Heart.
