What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead SQL Server projects and production operations where I can strengthen Azure migrations, high availability, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and secure database services.

I support Carelon Global Solutions at Elevance Health, leading SQL Server migrations from on-premises environments to Azure Virtual Machines and Azure SQL Managed Instance while building environments for application and product teams.

I implement production backup and recovery strategies with IDERA SQL Safe and Rubrik, configure Always On and Windows Failover Clustering, and manage encryption, SSL certificates, CyberArk access, patches, and vulnerability remediation.

Across Molina Healthcare, Microsoft, and CIO projects, I've delivered SQL Server installations, upgrades, migrations, high-availability solutions, and 24x7 production support. I resolve business-critical incidents within SLA and tune slow queries, indexes, blocking, deadlocks, and database growth issues.

I've worked with SQL Server from 2000 through 2022 across healthcare, sales and marketing, and IT services. I also mentor team members, document operational processes, and automate monitoring and routine database work.
