I designed the company’s first executive dashboard system, with seven interconnected financial modules. I present financial information to senior management and partners to support strategic and financing decisions, and have driven process improvements across Purchasing, Invoicing, Administration, and Treasury.
Before BQ FRUITS, I coordinated administration, finance, collections, and logistics at GM DISTRIBUIDORA DE MATERIAL ESPECIALIZADO MÉDICO, where I negotiated with strategic suppliers and clients and supported expansion through public tenders. I also founded and direct TRASCENTO CONSULTORIA, specializing in industrial property and advising on the protection of more than 400 national and international trademarks.
