Led and contributed to an end-to-end reporting system for enterprise clients, architected and developed a greenfield NextJS project, contributed to a distributed API and Backend for Frontend (BFF) architecture, worked in close collaboration with enterprise clients to identify key pain points and devise strategic solutions, mentored a diverse team of engineers.

Served as the primary engineering point of contact for Zip’s growth-hacking team, managed global-scale web platforms with AWS load balancers and webpack bundling, implemented and migrated Zip’s Global Web codebase to be powered by a Contentful CMS abstracted by a GraphQL backend, owned and shipped a Chrome Extension for Zip US, created a web analytics engine with Snowplow and Amplitude.

Collaborated closely with the Head of Technology in API design and microservice architecture, developed and maintained two highly complex web applications, ensured automated integration testing, continuously deployed new features, ensured all services are maintained on a production-level.

Developed complex enterprise-scale software, created highly complex, modular components using ReactJS, worked directly with UX designers, assisted in creating mobile apps for both Android and iOS.

Assisted with increasing lead conversion by creating and editing front-end sales pages using front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JS. Assisted in creating the front end of their new product called WeBrand. Since this product has a global audience, all pages were ensured to auto-generate based on the user’s preferred language.

Increased global user adoption for a SAAS product by optimising front-end sales pages for conversion, with Bootstrap and LESS. Assisted with lead generation by optimising the usability and interactivity of online surveys. Ensured back-end functionality built correctly by developing unit tests with PHPunit. Aided with bug fixes in PHP and MySQL if needed.

Aided in developing initial sales pages for the Desygner web app using front-end technologies learned in university, such as HTML, CSS, & JaveScript. Assisted with early customer adoption and marketing by creating engaging HTML Emails aimed at conversion. Created animated videos used for marketing with Adobe After Effects.
