At Prisma Payments EP SA, I’m the COO of a regulated financial institution, coordinating Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, Risk, Treasury and Payments. I designed and implemented the company’s operating model, KPI/SLA framework and governance cadence.
I led Prisma’s card launch, coordinating implementation with internal stakeholders, Visa and card processor TRIBE. I also built the card issuing capability from the ground up, including the operational, compliance, technology and customer-support infrastructure.
At Prisma Payments, I led a core banking platform transformation while maintaining business continuity. I also designed the enterprise data platform and data lake, bringing operational, client and compliance data into a shared analytics environment.
Previously, at Itaú, I led payment operations transformation that reduced processing times by 89.5%, and implemented Freshdesk for customer service. At BBVA, I progressed through five promotions and led branch strategy and commercial planning, delivering 30% profit growth in two years.
