I'm looking to progress into IT Operations, Infrastructure Engineer, or Service Management roles where I can improve critical environments through incident management, automation, process optimization, and coordinated infrastructure delivery.

At Nabiax, I operate high-availability data center infrastructure, resolve incidents in critical production environments, and support hyperscale client projects.

I coordinate field technicians, providers, and technical teams for critical connectivity deployments, including fiber optics, UTP structured cabling, and IT/OT networks.

I've also worked on Telefónica Tech public-cloud operations at SIMAD, combining systems administration, operational automation with Microsoft 365, process improvement, and technical documentation.
