What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead commercial and operating growth for a consumer brand or founder-led business, building scalable omnichannel platforms across wholesale, DTC, marketplaces, product, supply chain, and international markets.

I've built and led consumer-footwear businesses across the United States, Canada, and Europe, with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, P&L, wholesale, DTC ecommerce, marketplaces, product, operations, and customer experience.

At Jose Real Shoes, I built a premium Italian-made men's footwear brand for the U.S. market, expanding into 35+ states and opening 180+ premium retail accounts, including Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom. I managed channel strategy, pricing, forecasting, inventory, cash flow, Italian factories, logistics partners, and digital growth.

I also co-founded Fluchos USA, raised $1 million in investor capital, and built its U.S. distribution platform from zero to 200+ physical and digital accounts. Earlier, I launched Lloyd Shoes' U.S. and Canada market entry, developed 75+ accounts in under a year, and supported international sales and product development at Mezlan Shoes.
