At Teleperformance MX, I monitored 1,000+ network nodes across 30+ buildings using SolarWinds Orion, supporting visibility into network availability and enterprise connectivity.
I investigated alarms across DWDM networks, MPLS circuits, network trunks, and interfaces, using ICMP, SNMP, and WMI to assess connectivity and service impact. I also maintained monitoring configurations and alert conditions.
Earlier at Teleperformance MX, I provided remote IT support, prepared and configured workstations, and managed tickets in ServiceNow. I also supported Active Directory accounts, GlobalProtect VPN connectivity, and Microsoft 365 applications.
