I trace payment failures and operational issues through customer accounts, payment methods and platform processes, then deliver practical resolutions for colleagues and customers. I've built and maintained SEON fraud rules and real-time alerts, completed KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence reviews through Sumsub, and analysed cryptocurrency flows using Chainalysis Reactor and KYT.
