I’m a Product Designer & Builder with 15+ years of experience taking complex workflows and turning them into clear, easy-to-use web and mobile products. I’m strongest when I can integrate deeply with teams—moving from design to frontend and even into parts of the backend—so the usual design-to-development bottleneck doesn’t slow us down.

Recently, as Design Lead at Enaia (New York City), I brought an existing commercial CRM product to a new level by implementing a design system, unifying the experience across complex features, and prototyping everything from quick click-throughs to experimental product forks. Before that, I rebuilt the patient experience at Medable by defining trial-participant personas and redesigning data-collection interfaces across platforms under demanding scientific and regulatory constraints. Earlier roles included leading design system creation and rollout at T-Mobile Smart Home (including tooling and cross-team adoption) and redesigning Vodafone’s TV experience into mobile-first and tablet-friendly UX using advanced interaction prototypes.
