Svetlana Saykova

I’m a Product Designer with 3+ years in fintech—research, UX, UI, and design systems. I work end-to-end and write the React that ships the work, which means faster prototypes, calmer engineering handoffs, and design decisions that survive production.

Most recently, I worked at Access Softek, Inc. on a US white-label digital banking platform for credit unions. I translated UI/UX designs into front-end-ready specifications, collaborated with developers to ensure layouts and styles matched, and used DevTools to validate implementation details like responsiveness.

I also designed for a large-scale travel product across web, iOS, and Android, contributing to a multi-platform design system and running iterative redesigns of search, checkout, and profile flows. With PMs and engineers, I generated and tested design hypotheses and refined user experience based on usability principles and product goals.

Alongside my product roles, I’ve been a freelance Product Designer for early-stage brand & web clients, delivering discovery through final UI and building brand identity systems with usable component libraries. Based in Asia, I work flexibly across US, EU, and Asia time zones.
