I’m a detail-oriented Pharmacy Liaison/Technician with licensure and hands-on experience processing oncology, specialty, and retail prescriptions. I’m highly organized, and I prioritize accuracy, patient advocacy, and continuity of care in every interaction.

In my current role as an Oncology Specialty Pharmacy Liaison at Shields Health Solutions, I process and coordinate oncology and specialty medications, including oral chemotherapy agents. I support cancer patients through adherence monitoring, refill coordination, and therapy follow-ups while ensuring documentation is completed across multiple systems.

I’m experienced in removing access barriers by resolving insurance issues, handling prior authorizations, and connecting patients with financial assistance programs. I also manage inbound patient inquiries and track interactions to help keep care moving without gaps.

Before this, I served as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens and CVS Health across high-volume retail settings for three years. I supported pharmacists in fast-paced environments by performing pharmaceutical calculations, dispensing medications, processing prescriptions, and maintaining strict HIPAA compliance and pharmacy regulations.
