I’m a Denver-based Construction Project Manager with a background in architecture and business. I specialize in high-value residential and commercial developments, leading projects from pre-construction and design coordination through field operations.

At Haus Design Firm, as Founder & Project Manager (2016–Present), I manage projects ranging from $1.5M to $10M+ while keeping technical accuracy and delivery performance at the center of every decision. I lead RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs to support contractor selection and maintain schedule integrity.

I’m skilled in resolving drawing discrepancies and specification gaps, evaluating design changes and material substitutions, and addressing constructability and sequencing issues across trades. I coordinate subcontractors and MEP systems, and I use scheduling and budget control to minimize risk, control costs, and keep work on track.

I handle permitting and code compliance with experience managing permitting across TX and FL. I ensure compliance with IBC, NEC, IFC, IRC, and UPC, and I perform inspections and quality control while managing differing site conditions.
