I'm looking to lead data-driven process improvement and digitalization initiatives where I can build practical tools, develop teams, and turn operational data into measurable decisions.

At Royal Caribbean Group, I lead a 20-person New Build & Modernization team delivering digital tools and operational studies across multiple ships. I connect corporate strategy with shipboard operations to turn fleet-wide data into resource-allocation and continuous-improvement decisions.

I’ve deployed five low-code/no-code solutions for ship-specific needs and am training 30+ managers across all 27 Royal Caribbean ships on standardized digital tools and processes. My rollout is expanding to Celebrity Cruises.

I previously reduced leadership reporting time from more than six hours to one hour weekly through automated Power BI reporting, returned 15% of labor hours to food production by redesigning ingredient collection, and built forecasting tools to support F&B planning and waste reduction.
