I’m a facilities management professional with 15+ years of experience overseeing multi-site facilities operations, preventative maintenance programs, vendor management, capital projects, and CMMS administration across retail, restaurant, and service industries. I’ve led large-scale repair and maintenance operations while reducing operational costs and supporting high-profile national accounts.

As a Program Manager at ServiceChannel, I managed facilities operations through the ServiceChannel CMMS platform for major national accounts including Rite Aid, True Food Kitchen, and Lacoste. I led a team of 7 direct reports supporting facilities operations for more than 2,500 Rite Aid locations nationwide, driving high-volume repair coordination, vendor management, and work order resolution across a large national portfolio.
