I’m an experienced IT Support Engineer and Low Voltage & AV Technician with over 10 years of combined experience in technical support, systems troubleshooting, network support, and electrical installations. I’m bilingual in Spanish (Native) and English (Intermediate), with experience supporting users in both Colombia and the United States.
