I am a Finance & FP&A professional with more than 25 years of experience across financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial modeling, performance analysis, and strategic finance.
In my most recent Finance Manager role, I partnered with the CEO and Board of Directors on group financial planning and decision support. I developed the annual budget, consolidated and business-unit P&L reporting, accounts receivable forecasts, and DCF valuation models, while strengthening financial visibility and supporting improvements in finance processes and controls.
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of finance, operations, technology, and strategy across manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, hospitality, services, and nonprofit organizations. At Avon, I coordinated regional transformation projects across five Central American countries, including the rollout of an online ordering platform.
