At FLOWING RIVERS TECHNOLOGIES – FRT HOLDING, I built and led the finance, administration, and corporate governance function across 12 legal entities in eight jurisdictions. I implemented SAP BusinessObjects for regional reporting and led the SAP Business One implementation.

At AMERICAN DENIMATRIX, I held Finance and Operations leadership responsibility for an industrial and export organization with a consolidated P&L exceeding USD 500 million. I refinanced approximately USD 6 million of corporate debt and led a transformation that reduced the operating structure by approximately 46%.

Earlier, at ONELINK GROUP / WEBHELP, I integrated finance across six countries and reduced SG&A from approximately 18% to 8.5%. At CISCO SYSTEMS, I helped develop the Commercial Performance Package, which evolved into a global online tool, and led finance and FP&A for regional operations across up to 32 countries.
