What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead finance, FP&A, compliance, and transformation initiatives where I can strengthen controls, improve reporting, manage risk, and build high-performing regional finance teams.

I would highlight three main areas of my experience.

First, FP&A and business planning. I have around 15 years of experience in financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, OPEX and CAPEX planning, and providing financial information to support business decisions.

Second, financial management and leadership. I have led teams across areas such as accounting, accounts payable and receivable, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial control. I focus strongly on developing people, improving processes, and creating a finance function that works as a business partner rather than simply as a reporting function.

Third, transformation and process improvement. I have been involved in ERP implementations and process transformation, including SAP R/3 and more recently an ERP implementation from the ground up. I have also worked on modernizing payment processes, implementing bank transfers and international payments, improving purchasing processes, and using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and SQL to improve reporting and decision-making.
