What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can direct large-scale event programs, build high-performing teams, manage $300K budgets, and use data-driven evaluation to deliver measurable community impact.

I’m a Director for Events & Liturgies, overseeing the planning and execution of 300+ in-person, hybrid, and virtual events and initiatives each year. I lead five event coordinators, manage up to 200 volunteers, and deliver programs that serve diverse communities and multicultural participation.

I supervise operational processes end-to-end—budgeting (up to $300,000 each), documentation, contracts, payments, vendor and venue relationships, and Audio Visual—while creating clear event metrics and feedback loops to improve outcomes. I also build cross-functional alignment with graphic design, marketing, administration, Catholic Television of San Antonio, and project management, including microsites for registration, RSVP, and event evaluation/feedback on Regfox.

My strength is turning strategy into action: I mentor staff, advise strategic directors and pastors on creative design and resource planning, and support translations from English to Spanish. Before my current role, I contributed to organizational development and HR as a consultant and educator, achieving measurable improvements through leadership development programs and university-level teaching and event coordination.
