What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role supporting students, educators, families, or multidisciplinary teams through progress monitoring, data-informed strategies, clear communication, and practical implementation support.

I'm currently a Behavior Coach at Laurel Life, partnering with teachers and support teams to implement individualized strategies that improve student and classroom outcomes.

I collect and analyze behavioral and performance data, monitor progress, adjust support strategies, and maintain accurate documentation, progress records, and incident reports.

Previously, as a Community Specialist at The Academy Community Based Services, I supported children, adolescents, and families across school, home, and community settings while coordinating care and managing multiple cases.
