I seek roles where I can lead shortage recovery, optimize fulfillment and inventory systems, use data-driven insights, and collaborate cross-functionally in a growth-oriented, process-improvement focused team.

I am a supply chain professional with hands-on experience solving critical part shortages, optimizing fulfillment center operations, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to protect customer commitments. At Dell Technologies I translated high-volume material shortages into actionable recovery plans and expedited multimodal logistics to minimize disruption.

I led inbound issue resolution for Dell’s largest fulfillment center, resolving over $95M in purchase order invoice discrepancies in three months and standardizing escalation pathways to reduce recurring friction. I also supported new fulfillment center launches, cut order lead time dramatically, and mentored an eight-person team to ensure process consistency across multiple centers.

I deliver data-driven insights through dashboards (Excel, Power BI, SQL), design inventory min-max replenishment systems, and apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable operational improvements.
