What I'm looking for

I’m seeking the next step in professional football recruitment or analysis, where high-volume, high-quality scouting intelligence can directly support a club’s recruitment and performance strategy.

At Cambridge United, I scout professional footballers through live games and video for future first-team recruitment, using Hudl Library to assess players and prepare reports. I’ve reported on more than 400 players and contributed reports on several signings who went on to become first-team members.

I collaborate with the scouting department to prepare dossiers for club management. I progressed from voluntary to paid scouting duties within seven months, and I’m part of the team that oversaw a major squad turnover after relegation in 2025 and promotion in 2026.

Before football scouting, I worked in recruitment and project management across Nordic, Swedish, and German gaming markets. I founded and led Evolution Recruitment Solutions’ Swedish gaming team, established its German gaming team, and delivered recruitment and process improvement projects.
