I’m an Event Planning & Program Operations Consultant with 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale sports events, youth athletic programs, and professional athlete-led charitable initiatives nationwide. I specialize in logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination in fully remote environments.

Since 2015, I’ve led end-to-end planning for multi-city youth sports camps and athlete-led events, partnering with sports agencies and professional athletes to keep programming consistent and scalable. I manage venues, vendors, staffing, equipment, and on-site execution, while coordinating schedules, travel logistics, and communication across distributed teams.

Previously, as USA Football’s Manager of Youth Sports Programs, I led the rollout of 2,000+ youth FUNdamentals football camps and managed equipment distribution, shipping, and inventory. Earlier roles in ticket sales and game-day operations support, and as an events coordinator at San Diego State University Athletics, strengthened my operational focus—so I can deliver reliable experiences from planning through reconciliation.
