Jordan Gran
@jordangran
I’m an administrative and operations coordinator who streamlines records, scheduling, and program logistics.
What I'm looking for
I’m an administrative and operations professional skilled in managing calendars, records, communications, and large project coordination in fast-paced settings. I bring strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to streamline office processes without losing accuracy.
In my most recent role, I completed the annual federal Impact Aid application by managing documentation and compliance to secure funding for military-connected students. I also led the application process for the Purple Star School Designation Award, while supporting standardized testing through scheduling and clear communication.
I coordinate projects and communications across administration, faculty, families, and the community to meet deadlines. I organize school-wide calendars and events, plan and execute field trip logistics, maintain website content updates for families and staff, and serve as a central contact point that resolves issues with professionalism and discretion.
Earlier, as a Command Family Liaison & Program Coordinator, I served as the bridge between military families and command leadership. I managed high-volume communications and family contact databases, supported community events and onboarding for new families, and connected families to essential resources during transition and deployment cycles.
