At L9WEB, I resolve 20–30 support tickets a day for client companies, remotely and on-site, and handle L3 infrastructure incidents escalated by other engineers. My work includes troubleshooting connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and VPN issues, as well as investigating security alerts and responding to incidents.
I also administer Samba Domain Controllers, Microsoft Intune, and Google Workspace, and build and operate Proxmox VE environments with isolated VMs and DMZ segments. In my Proxmox VE homelab, I practice network segmentation and infrastructure deployment using OPNsense, Wazuh, DuckDNS, and Cloudflare Tunnels.
