At Powermig (Lincoln Electric), I develop Digital Twin, robotic simulation, and offline-programming solutions that connect virtual environments to the shop floor. I integrated Visual Components with ABB and Panasonic robots, cutting offline programming time by 30% and validating cells before physical deployment.
Previously at Pollux (Accenture), I validated and optimized robotic cells using KukaSim and Visual Components, programmed KUKA and UR robots offline, and built tools that reduced setup time and improved simulation efficiency. I also modeled factory processes, mapped material flow, and documented simulations for engineering and commercial teams.
