At RHI Magnesita, I lead global digital transformation initiatives for engineering teams across more than 10 countries and six regions. I take complex operational challenges from business discovery through implementation, delivering productivity gains equivalent to multiple FTEs annually.
I map end-to-end engineering workflows, redesign processes and operating models, and deliver production-ready AI, automation, APIs, dashboards, and workflow solutions for more than 200 engineers globally. My work has eliminated approximately one week of manual effort per engineer each year.
I also manage strategic engineering software and consulting partnerships, using analytics and automation to optimize enterprise CAD licensing and achieve approximately 10% annual licensing cost savings. I build rapid prototypes and working demonstrations that help senior stakeholders align around scalable digital capabilities.
Previously, I co-founded PROTTOP, an Industry 4.0 startup building Industrial IoT solutions for asset monitoring, predictive maintenance, and operational visibility in manufacturing environments. I combine mechatronics engineering, digital business management, and artificial intelligence to turn industrial pain points into end-to-end production solutions.
