What I'm looking for

I’m open to backend roles in Lisbon or remote across the EU.

At Emma, I build and maintain event-driven backend services for customer returns and order tracking across European markets. I launched online returns in three new markets and fixed production edge cases in delivery and order flows.

I built VE8, a tick-level strategy research and backtesting platform. Its Python engine has 1,345 pytest tests, and its C++ port was verified trade by trade against the original.

For VE8, I designed a PostgreSQL job queue with supervised workers and built tools for strategy optimization and prop-firm challenge simulation. I also developed its TypeScript/Fastify API and React app.

As a freelance Python / MQL5 Developer, I delivered projects for clients, turning trading rules into MQL5 ExpertAdvisors and building Python tools to analyze and optimize strategies.
