I've supported a US-market Amazon FBA operation at Beyers, turning product, sales, demand, and inventory data into purchasing, replenishment, and pricing decisions.
As a Partner in Operations & New Business, I helped structure Amazon resale, public procurement, and product-launch business lines in Brazil. I built a system to identify and track procurement opportunities and improved the workflows and controls that kept execution visible.
My work combines business intelligence with practical operations: analyzing suppliers, competitors, margins, inventory turnover, and sales performance to guide day-to-day decisions. I work directly with teams to align priorities and make operational information easier to find and act on.
Alongside operations, I researched political behavior on social media at UFMG, using NLP, machine learning, and statistical analysis across YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter data. I'm also pursuing an MBA in Artificial Intelligence focused on practical AI adoption, automation, and governance.
