At TrueDialog, I build AI integrations for the enterprise two-way SMS platform, including MCP servers and connectors that expose 20 tools to Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. I also led the end-to-end design and build of an internal MCP server that gives the Client Services team natural-language access to customer and messaging data.
I built a Microsoft Teams integration and a new billing system on Azure App Service, and I develop and maintain features across TrueDialog’s core platform. Before that, at ShowSeeker, I analyzed production incidents in Datadog, traced failures to their code causes, and handled enterprise client escalations.
At BITKA Analytics, I built port management systems and a real-time railroad management system for Vale. Earlier, at bLive, I automated CI/CD tasks and later delivered full-stack features for AmBev’s DMS platform; as a Software Engineering Intern at MiningMath, I built internal automation tools. My Computer Science thesis was a cross-platform Flutter and Dart app for cryptocurrency portfolio management, with live pricing and Ethereum transaction-history data.
