What I'm looking for

I'm looking for international remote opportunities or relocation where I can build production web systems, real-time workflows, and customer-facing operational tools across frontend and backend engineering.

At Shopper, I build and maintain the internal Customer Relationship platform used to handle around 3,500 customer tickets each day across WhatsApp and internal chat. I led a priority-based ticket queue that reduced first-response time from approximately 60 minutes to 5 minutes, and I build end-to-end features across React, TypeScript, Firestore, cloud functions, AWS, and MySQL.

I also design real-time chat, automated order-rupture, delivery-tracking, and AI-assisted agent workflows that connect customer communication, operations, and order updates. I enjoy turning complex business rules and operational edge cases into reliable production software while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and technical leadership.
